Aceto Balsamico Tradiziional Di Modena TASTING Fri., Nov. 11th @ 6pm
Fritz & Kathy visited an "acetaia" on their recent trip to Italy & were so impressed by these vinegars that they brought some back to share with their customers. We will explain how these are made & why they are so unique. The TASTING is $15 per person & includes 4 different Balsamics - 2 aged for 12 yrs & 2 aged for 25 yrs+ (aged in various wood barrels) - a sampling of appetizers, & Parmegiano Reggiano. We'll have Lambrusco available by the glass to enhance the experience (not included in the price).
